We arrived at Gurney Plaza a little less than an hour before the movie on Wednesday. Yet to get lunch, we decided to go to a fast food restaurant – Breeks. BAD service! The staff seems to be more interested in eating their lunch than serving us.
We ordered the fried fish lunch set (top), which came with a scoop of ice-cream and a bowl of soup, and a blackened Cajun fish. The fish were satisfactory but the Cajun fish was served with barbeque sauce instead! They didn’t even serve us the soup until dad asked the waitress, “Miss, when do we get the soup?”. She smiled and said that it is suppose to be whenever we want it but she forgot to ask us. It took us a while to get their attention to ask for anything. Definitely a disappointing lunch. Si pek kui somemore. We should have gone to try the Food Loft.
